Austin’s Lock & Key provides mobile locksmith services including, but not limited to, automotive, residential, and commercial locksmithing. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location and circumstances.

2. Scheduling & Service Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, our website, or in person. We strive to provide accurate arrival times; however, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All price estimates provided are subject to change based on an in-person assessment. Final pricing is determined on-site before service begins. We aim to provide transparent and competitive pricing for all services.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned checks or chargebacks may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations

We appreciate a notice of cancellation at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. This helps us maintain our appointments and serve the community at the highest level

6. Warranty & Liability

Austin’s Lock & Key is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions

• Damage resulting from customer misuse, improper installation by third parties, or tampering after service

• Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from lockouts, delays, or equipment failure

All content on this website is the property of Austin’s Lock & Key and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission. Use of our website does not establish a service relationship unless a confirmed appointment is made.
